The forecast for days ahead said 85 and partly cloudy...
What we got was 98 and sunny as all get out!
We weren't mentally prepared for that I have to say... and there were a couple of stretches we were dragging pretty hard...
But, we marched on- and for the second year in a row, got to the Brooklyn Bridge right at sunset- evaporating any tiredness and rejuvenating our spirits.
This year we had the usual suspects, plus a few first-timers-
And for the first year ever, there was a new promenade open on the north side of the Brooklyn Bridge- so we were able to get some pictures from angles we have never seen before... really cool!
Some shots below- hope you enjoy-
And as always... hope you join us one year!
